To all those who would be interested:

It is my pleasure to announce PTSD The Musical is now working in association with The Soldiers Arts Academy.

We are looking for EVERY aspect of the musical to be covered by veterans with and without PTSD, our families and support network. We still need volunteers as actors, actresses, musicians, singers, choreographers, dancers, stagehands, make-up artists and artwork/set designers, logistics crews, wardrobe, film crews etc. which can lead to payed training and/or employment once in theatre.

We aim to become a very powerful force using the traditional armed forces dark sense of humour to drive our message home to governments, organisations and the military communities at home and abroad that enough is enough.

The military covenant is not a comic and the ignored suffering of generations of armed forces veterans and their families is not funny. The military charities who try to support us are overwhelmed and underfunded. Well, we’re not alone anymore.

The story overview is complete. We are going to finish work on the character lines and request interested parties in song writing and lyrics. If this is you please contact me as we will need to safeguard the script with a signed NDA( non disclosure agreement).

This musical IS going to the West End when it’s ready and will give a new lease of life to those who are chosen to be a part of it.

The London team meets regularly, at least twice a month, to move the project on. They are highly qualified with the right connections to do this.

Auditions will be arranged once we have the formatted show completed and a list of interested parties.

Those who we want to be part of the stage and support crew please contact me.

This is a very exciting project. If you want a chance to change your life and highlight your skill and professional ability this is it!

The Soldiers’ Arts Academy, is a none profit organisation which gives serving and former military personnel a route into the arts. It may be part of a recovery process; it may provide training for a step into a new industry; or it may simply be there to help support the transition into civilian life. Working closely with actors, directors, producers, dancers, writers, poets and artists the SAA creates opportunities for participants to fulfil their artistic potential.

The Soldiers’ Arts Academy CIC aims to provide a platform through which serving and veteran military personnel and their families can participate in the creative arts. Using their skills and experiences to create and engage audiences worldwide, the SAA strives to encourage excellence, engagement and inspiration in its members, as well as building a supportive and strong community.
